As we prepare for 2026, we are opening a position for one individual to join as our Strategic Partnerships Lead. This is not a managerial role but an opportunity to define how meaningful brand growth is designed and executed. As our structure expands, this position may evolve into a strategic leadership role.

 

The Role

​

This position connects strategy, research, communication, and execution. You will take part in shaping how partnerships are formed and maintained, guiding every stage from research and outreach to relationship building and performance reflection. At the heart of this role are structure and clarity. When communication flows clearly, creativity follows naturally.

 

Key Responsibilities

​

• Research and prioritize potential brand partners

• Prepare partnership proposals and outreach materials

• Lead meetings and coordinate collaboration terms

• Design and oversee the onboarding process for new partners

• Maintain consistent and transparent communication

• Collect feedback and resolve open issues with care

• Track partnership progress and share insights that inform next steps

• Collaborate with internal teams to align direction and execution

 

Qualifications

​

• 3–7 years of experience in retail, lifestyle, or creative industries
  (brand partnerships, business development, or strategic growth preferred)

• Experience working directly with founders or small creative teams

• Strong communication and structured thinking skills

• Ability to adapt quickly and work effectively in focused environments

• Based in New York
